This painting was commissioned by a family with two children. The colour palette and the family members to include were agreed beforehand, with the aim of creating a symbolic representation. The atmosphere, composition and clothing were left to the artist’s interpretation.

Light, warm tones surround the four figures, brought together by their gestures and glances. Fragmented forms create an image of the family relationship through the language of painting.
