Elegance Suspended in Gesture

Elegância Suspensa no Gesto

I sought to capture the strength and delicacy of a body in suspension, in an intimate and almost timeless moment. In this female figure, I aimed to convey sensuality and a balance between presence and mystery. I use a semi-figurative, semi-abstract style, with lines and shapes suggesting movement and fragmentation. The impasto creates texture, making the gesture almost tangible. I chose this theme for its expressiveness — I hope the viewer feels the subtle tension between the visible and the imagined.
